Call social security.
Contact us on +62 821 4458 9580 or on Instagram or Facebook (remember to protect your/their communication).
Help create a safety plan (A personal safety plan is a way of helping you to protect yourself and your children. It helps you plan in advance for the possibility of future violence and abuse).
Ask a person you trust for assistance so you or others can leave the situation.
It can be hard to recognise or admit that you're in an abusive relationship — but help is available. Remember, no one deserves to be abused or in an unsafe environment.
